Midtown Madness 2 Riva Forum Tips

Hello everyone, I made this topic to help the newbies to the forum learn how to use it;

1. Avoid double posting, plus It leads to spam. Unless its more than a day you posted, you can post. If its not, then edit it! People can still read it and notice it, don't worry!!

2. Here we like to make new friends! So check who want to become friends with you often, you can see this page here.

3. Don't make all these new topics, to me it isn't necessary to make more than 2 or 3 in a month.

4. We love to help, just don't be rude asking like, "Hey! Help me do this!". We will not be happy, and get on to you.

5. Just because someone is like, Please don't do this, or that anymore, doesn't mean you're a bad person, you're just learning.

6. Avatar and Signature (Av & Sig) spam; A good size for the avatar is 100x100, if you need help re-sizing you could PM me or someone like Riva kindly asking for help. Signature; a good size for the signature is 500x100.

7. The languages we speak here and French and English. If there's a topic your interested in and is not your language use a good translator like Google Translate or Babelfish.

8. If your a newbie and want to act cool or impress, DON'T go off making topics saying your making a fake mod, or stolen conversion, or model saying you converted/modeled it. The topic will be locked and you will be warned by Riva, this is very bad and childish.

9. We have children here, so please keep the cussing/swearing to a minimum. And don't post viral/adult videos or pictures.

10. If you don't like a release don't go off saying, "This is sh*t, why did you do this? You must really be stupid!". Even if you don't like it, just post some comment, because if you know or not, modeling, converting, or modding is hard.

11. Be respectful to users. We don't want a fight every week.

12. We have ranks of all kinds here. Sooner or later you will get one, or ranked up. Ranks are something like respect.

13. Old topics; If you post on a old topic, you have to have a good reason, if you bring all the topics up you don't know whats new or important.

14. Off-topic; If your taking something off-topic, avoid it. It makes spam. If its something like, "OMG! Riva your avatar is awesome!! Could you please make one for me with one of my cars?" You PM the person asking/commenting.

15. Un-needed topics; Un-needed topics make spam. If you're making a topic about your edited smiley face, don't post it, its a stupid topic, and no one would be interested.

16. If you can't type, put words together, etc then learn grammar more before posting, if you go out saying, "Oh, nice of the mod you're having make, grrood gooob!" no one would understand.

17. Please don't steal things from here without asking. E.g. the forums banners. (By Riva).

18. Admins and Moderators have the right to of this forum the right to delete, move or edit any discussion subject at any moment.

500 width, 100 tall. Its not so big..

Well maybe, but you couldn't do that I think. I don't want to sticky all my topics. I've been on forums with more than a page with sticky's.
